I just called Kelly in Sales, and she told me that the Doubletree van operates until 11:00 PM within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. One just needs to call from one's room to request a ride. To return, one calls the front desk, and the van will come and pick one up.

The B-line trolley also goes between East 12th and West 6th street, though guests will need to call the hotel shuttle to get back because the trolley stops at 7:00 PM: http://www.riderta.com/pdf/Bline.pdf
